With a decade of experience as a massage therapist and advanced training in orthopedic acupuncture, I draw on my deep understanding of the musculoskeletal system and a natural affinity for treating pain and injuries. I love working with athletes, weekend warriors, and anyone wishing to speed muscle recovery.
As a mental health advocate, I also enjoy working with anyone struggling with chronic stress, chronic pain and mental health struggles. I understand the connection between your mind, body, & emotions and can treat all of them. Acupuncture is inherently holistic and does not view these systems as separate.

What is Yin Time?
Yin time is simply about making time for rest.
We live in incredibly yang times, always on the go, striving, consuming information, trying to keep up with this quickly evolving world…and our nervous systems are suffering for it.
Chinese medicine is all about balance. Balancing the yang—with yin.
Yang qualities are action, movement, heat, light, and outward expansion. In nature yang is represented by the sun, daytime, masculine energy and spring/summer.
Yin qualities include rest, stillness, coolness, darkness, and turning inward. In nature, yin is represented by the moon, night time, feminine energy and fall/winter.
Health and wellness exists in the dynamic balance of yin and yang. Yin time is about making time for yin activities to restore all of the yang energy we expend in our busy lives. Its about spending time in nature, self care, and cultivating stillness.
